Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions for Sysonaut Draw.
Payments, invoices, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase. If a refund is approved, it will be processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible.
1. Voluntary refund policy
We offer a refund for new subscriptions within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@sysonaut.com and include:
- the email address used for the purchase,
- your Paddle order or transaction ID, if available,
- a short reason for the refund request.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- subscription renewals,
- partial months or unused subscription time,
- cancelled subscriptions after the current billing period has started,
- accounts that violated our Terms of Service,
- repeated or abusive refund requests.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current subscription period.
2. EU and UK consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal rights, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period normally expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
However, for digital content or digital services supplied immediately, your right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the 14-day period if:
- you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content or digital service before the withdrawal period ends, and
- you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the supply or performance has begun.
Where legally required, this consent and acknowledgement will be collected during checkout.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
3. How refunds are processed
If your refund request is approved, we will notify Paddle and Paddle will process the refund.
Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
