These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sysonaut website sysonaut.com and application (together, the “Service”), operated by Sysonaut (“Sysonaut”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• upload malicious code or content you have no right to use;
• resell or misrepresent the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the projects, diagrams, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.

4. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Sysonaut and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or software except the right to use the Service as permitted here.

5. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor. Prices and features may change with notice. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sysonaut will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sysonaut is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
